Looking for some help?
In-Sync are here to support you every
step of the way on your journey to weight-loss.
When you sign up to the plan we give you plenty of suggestions as to when the best time to start is.
The In-Sync Diet is the first diet of its kind to link evolutionary nutrition with timing of meals in relation to exercise. Genetically we all belong to an era 50 000 years ago when there were no fridges or corner shops. We had to go out and be active to find food before we could eat it. Your food timing therefore is as important as your food frequency. Most other diets do not consider this which means that when you are on them, you are more likely to lose muscle and water than to burn fat.
Your body will respond incredibly well to our 9 ½ week plan. Over the course of 9 ½ weeks we will take you through a process of change guaranteed to turn you into a fat burner. Your body will reward you with loads more energy, increased vitality, reduced inflammation, a clear head, better concentration and a leaner body.
